The Gartner Magic Quadrant for CMS 2019 assesses a total of 18 vendors. These vendors are categorized in the quadrant according to whether they are a Leader, Challenger, Visionary or Niche Player.

To be included in the report, each vendor must meet certain revenue criteria. The calculation of the vendor’s revenue includes the revenue from sales of WCM software, maintenance and support services, but it does not include the revenue from professional services and the sale of products manufactured by other vendors.
